What is the difference between oil-filled and water-filled submersible motors?
Oil-filled motors use dielectric oil for cooling and lubrication, offering better heat dissipation and higher power density. Water-filled motors use a water-glycol mixture and are more environmentally friendly with no risk of oil leakage. Both types are available from Motec depending on your application requirements.
